How to registry as a PBI customer?
1. Click the New Customer menu item in the left under the Customer Center.
2. Fill in your information according to the notice.
3. Click the button to finish your registry.
What is the PBI user?
After you registry as a customer in our web site. You are a PBI user.
What can I get as a PBI user?
If you are a PBI user, you can:

     Get more easier service for ordering our products.
     Easier operations to check your history order and refund the product.
     Your information will be protected by your password.
     Some special offers only for the PBI user.

How can I make an order?
To make an order in PBI is easy as 1,2,3

     1.Select the products what you want.
     2.Fill the form about your shipping address and payment info. (Fro Registry PBI Customer, this step can be skip)
     3.Confirm your order.

1.How to select the products

     A. Click the Product Info Center button at the top of the page, and select a product from the list.
     B. Click the button on your selected product.
     C. Continue the above operation, until select all of products that you want.
     D. Click the button for next step.

2.How to fill the order form:

     A. Fill your shipping and payment information according to the notice. (If you are a Registry PBI CUstomer, we will fill the form according to your registry information, and you can change it.)
     B. Then click the button for next step.

3.How to congirm your order:

     A. Check your order information in the screen.
     B. Click the button to submit your order.
     C. At last, we will give you an order number, please record it for checking or refundinf your order in the future.
How can I check if my order been shipped?
Click the Check Order item in the order center list.

Then for the PBI use:

    If you have logged in, you can view the status of your order directory.
    Otherwise, please log in your account, and you can get the status of your order

If you are not a PBI user:

    You need to input the order ID and payment info about your order to check the status.
Can I refund my ordered product?
Yes.
